5 Essential Skills for Facilitating Sustainable Weight Loss is a self-study CEU course based on the book Coach Yourself Thin. The course requirements are met when you read the book and pass the online test. Once you pass the test, you'll be able to print out a completion certificate that reflects the following credits:

  • American Council on Exercise (ACE) – 0.6 CECs
  • National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) – 1.5 CEUs – Approved for CSCS and NSCA-CPT
  • Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) – 10 CEUs – Approved for RDs and DTRs.
